GRANT PROCESS

GRANT INQUIRIES

The Foundation reviews Grant Inquiry Form submissions on an ongoing basis throughout the year. When ready to do so, please fill out the form online on the Apply page.

Typical grant amounts may range from $2,500 to $7,500, but occasionally grants outside of this scope may be funded. Please contact the Foundation if considering applying for a larger request.

Upon receiving your inquiry, the Foundation will either invite you to submit a formal proposal or deny your request at that time. Please note, an offer by Warrior Assist Foundation to submit a proposal should not be interpreted as a sign of ensuing financial support.

GRANT PROPOSALS

If invited to submit a grant proposal, please be prepared to provide the following:

Organization Information

• A description of the organization, its mission and the nature of its purpose

• A list of the board of directors and their affiliations

• A detailed description of the proposed project or activity
  
  

Financial Information

• Current organizational operating budget

• Budget for specific program to be funded by Warrior Assist Foundation

• Most recently audited financial statement

• Most recent copy of status as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization
